Accessibility

The Paramount Center for the Arts welcomes all guests, artists and patrons alike, and affirms our commitment to offering programming and services that are accessible to all.

Physical Accessibility

The theatre is equipped with 5 wheelchair spots and 3 accessible seats. To reserve wheelchair spots or accessible chairs, order online by choosing a seat with a wheelchair symbol, or call the Box Office at 320-259-5463. There are no elevators to the balcony is our historic building. Accessible parking and unloading is available in front of the Paramount on West St. Germain Street.

Assisted Listening Device (ALD)

ALDs are available at the Box Office prior to each performance. Patrons are asked to leave their phone number with the Box Office Staff. The house manager will meet you in the Carpet Lobby after the performance to return the hearing device to the box office.

ASL Interpreters

ASL interpreters are provided upon request for most events. We recommend requesting ASL a minimum of 3-4 weeks in advance so that we have time to secure an interpreter and the interpreter has adequate time to prepare.

Programs

Paramount programs are available in large print upon request. Please let the box office know of your request at least one week in advance of your performance. Box Office: 320-259-5463.

Private Space

Private meditation, prayer, and lactation space is available upon request.
Gender inclusive and family restrooms available upon request.

Website Accessibility

The Paramount is committed to facilitating the accessibility and usability of its website. Our efforts to create an optimally accessible digital experience are evolving and ongoing.

The Paramount welcomes comments and suggestions about how we might continue to improve our programs and services for visitors with disabilities and is committed to improve experiences for every patron. Please contact our Director of Community Engagement, Aimee Miron, to offer feedback or make requests: amiron@paramountarts.org / 320-257-3127.
