REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES


• Tickets are non-refundable   
• All tickets are subject to a $1.50 handling fee
(All Methods: phone, in person, internet)

Should a conflict or emergency arise and you need to attend a different performance of the same production, there will be a $5 exchange fee per order.

All date exchanges are handled by Box Office staff by calling 320-259-5463. The original tickets must be returned to the Box Office either by mail or in person. Date exchanges will only be available up until 24 hours prior to the original performance.

THEATRE POLICIES


  • All patrons, including infants, must have a ticket which assigns them to a chair in the theater. Lap seats are not available at the Paramount Theatre.
  • We discourage attendance by children under the age of 6, unless the show is specifically for a younger audience.
  • Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the usher staff.
  • Programs and Artists are subject to change.
