Take the St. Cloud exit for Highway 23 west. Travel west on Highway 23 (Division Street), crossing the Mississippi River. You will enter downtown St. Cloud. Continue to the 9th Avenue exit (right turn) and make another right at the end of the exit ramp onto 10th St. North. You will pass one traffic light . (You will see the Paramount on your right.) Make the next right and an immediate right into the parking ramp. Street parking is also available.

From Highway 94 via County Road 75 from the south or north:

Take the St. Cloud exit for County Road 75 east. At the second signal, make a right on Clearwater Road, which will change to 9th Avenue North. Continue on this road (which becomes 10th Avenue North) under an overpass in downtown St. Cloud. After the overpass, you will pass one traffic light. (You will see the Paramount on your right.) Make the next right and an immediate right into the parking ramp. Street parking is also available.

From Highway 15 from the south (5.2 miles):

Travel on Highway 94 to the Highway 15 north exit for St. Cloud. Travel several miles. Make a right on Highway 23 (Division Street). Go into St. Cloud and take the exit for 9th Avenue North. Make a right turn at the end of the exit ramp. Continue under an overpass. After the overpass, you will pass one traffic light. (You will see the Paramount on your right.) Make the next right and an immediate right into the parking ramp. Street parking is also available.
